greatly enjoyed it. had real good stay for our vacation. the location was ideal close to everything. it was also just next door to ocean n pier, redondo beach pier and bus line. in general the staff were exceptionally helpful and sincere. the breakfast was included and had variety of meals.

The staff was thoughtful & sincere. The room was well-kept, had climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. The service was great and the food was fresh.

Pleasantly a Great Stay.... The location is awesome and the staff generous. I was pleasantly surprised by its modern updated rooms, free speedy Wi-Fi, nice continental breakfast, free parking. Loved the hotel, very clean, rooms are wood- floored and have ceiling fans with air conditioner/heater, micro and fridge kept my drinks cold. Comfortable beds to sleep like a baby. I had a minor problem with my car, manager called somebody to fix it for me, and while I was waiting they even offered me a bottle of water. This place is very close to the beach and is good for both for business and for family trip at a reasonable price. All in all it was a very nice & friendly hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The floors weren't very clean, one of the beds was very loud the slightest movement made loud noises. One mattress was hard as a rock. It was an ok hotel but wouldn't stay there again.

Great value. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definately stay again if in that area. Convenient to downtown la, the airport and even San Diego wasn't too bad. Unfortunately weather was a bit cool so the beach was not our option, but a very comfortable walking distance to the beach and pier.

No earth level showers!!! Major noise issues from flushing toilets and a constantly running fridge!!! The cleanliness of the floors needs serious attention, and the gaps in the room doors are quite alarming!!!

The room itself was rank. Mold on the walls and a stynch. Couldn't change to another establishment at that hour of the evening.

Close to the beach Staff tried to be helpful

The sheets look like they wasn't changed from the previous guest. They had hair on it when I pulled the covers back. The hotel was noisey because the walls are paper thin. I had a suite and the tv in the second bedroom didn't work for 3 days ( I stayed 4 nights). I ask the manager/owner if I could get a discount and he told me, "we are all learning here and I only guarantee one tv work". I guess he meant his staff...

Staying here offered easy access to the beach. The hotel's cozy decor added a homely touch.

The breakfast spread could use some serious expansion. It mainly consisted of a few fruits and basic chips. Room cleanliness fell short of expectations with noticeable dust and the occasional stray hair in the bathroom. Plus, there were no safety deposit boxes available, despite them being advertised, frustrating for securing valuables .

It was at the beach close to where I wanted.

The breakfast was not great, orange juice was warm not so clean in the breakfast area.

Clean room, convenient location, with the added benefit of free parking and easy access to the beach, made exploring the area easy.

Was all great.

Near to the beach and Retondo Pier. 10 minutes slow walking. Take a room upstairs it will be quieter. The hotel is on the South Pacific Highway. The noise of the traffic is not strong but if you are sensitive prefere the rooms in the backyard. The Breakfast was good. The fill up of the empty stock could be improved.

Very knowledgeable staff, stylish and immaculately clean room with a microwave and the hot tub, for example. Toast, cereals, muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit available for breakfast.

Beds were a little lumpy.
